Pregnancy Massage (Western and Hawaiian)
Regular massage during your pregnancy eases pain and discomfort, reduces edema, promotes deep relaxation and supports a loving and nurturing bond between mother and child.

Massage assists you and your baby to be happy and healthy during pregnancy, labour and post-natally.  Feel pampered, supported and refreshed during this special and sacred time.  Fathers also benefit from regular massage before and after the birth of their beautiful child.

Jaw Massage
Do you experience symptoms of jaw dysfunction involving the temporomandibular joint (TMJ)?  These symptoms include constant jaw pain; jaw pain when you chew or bite; clicking, snapping or crepidus when your jaw moves or your jaw may move in a zigzag pattern. In severe cases your jaw may be stuck open or closed.

Many TMJ (jaw) problems are dysfunctions of the masticatory (eating) muscles.  Massaging these muscles inside your mouth (such as the medial pterygoid, lateral pterygoid, temporalis, masseter and digastric muscles) can be very effective in restoring your normal TMJ (jaw) function.  This treatment is very subtle and gentle – one finger works inside your mouth while a finger on the other hand works outside of your mouth - very little pressure is used.  Disposable gloves are worn for hygiene.

Chi Nei Tsang (Internal Organs Chi / Abdominal Massage)
This form of massage was developed by the ancient Taoists masters to clear out the toxins, and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause organs to dysfunction.  Tensions, worries and stresses of the day, month or year accumulate in the abdomen and internal organs and are often not dispersed.  The result is the gradual obstruction of energy circulation that effects our nerves, blood vessels, lymph glands and internal organs.

Chi Nei Tsang massages your abdomen and internal organs to relieve intestinal blockages, cramps, knots, tangles, lumps, scar tissue, headaches, menstrual cramps, poor circulation, back pain and many other problems.  The physical effects of anger, depression, worry, anxiety, fear are helped by Chi Nei Tsang.
