"Australian Healing Hands” Chair Massage Workshop
The “Australian Healing Hands” Seated Chair Massage Workshop was developed by Mette Sorensen's Institute of Bodywork and Personal Development to spread touch to everyone by teaching a simple and fun form of massage which can be given at home, at work or anywhere.

The one day workshop is simple and fun and you will:
 - Learn an exercise program incorporating a range of stretches that have been specially designed for the home and work environment.
 - Learn a comprehensive and effective chair massage program designed for people with or without previous massage experience.
 - Receive a booklet with photographs and descriptions of the above stretches and massage program.
 - Receive a certificate of attendance.
 - Have the opportunity to buy a light and simple massage chair at a reduced price.

At the workshop, you will meet some wonderful people like yourself, share laughter and friendship, give and receive beautiful touch all in a relaxed and supportive environment.



At the end of the day you will feel invigorated and refreshed as well as being able to give a fantastic seated chair massage to your family and friends. The massage is also suited to be used in a clinical setting.
